Our Annual Shareholders Meeting materials set out where TradeWindow stands and where we're headed, and we wanted to share the key points with you directly.

The numbers are moving in the right direction. Trading revenue grew from $8.0m in FY25 to $9.6m in FY26, while our net loss after tax fell 26%. For FY27 we're guiding to 13-18% revenue growth and approaching EBITDA breakeven, funded from our existing $4.0m cash position at 30 June 2026. First quarter FY27 figures show trading revenue up 18% and annual recurring revenue up 17% on the same quarter last year, with customer retention improving to 90%.

We've applied to move our primary listing to the ASX. Australia is our fastest-growing region and where the investors who understand this sector already are. This remains subject to ASX approval and there's no certainty on timing. To support that shift, we've appointed two Australian directors, Susan Beling and Brodie Collins, both freight forwarding operators.

On product, our focus is FreightAI, an AI-first freight and logistics platform we're building to scale beyond Australasia. We're using our existing Freight Desktop product to prove AI in real customer workflows now, ahead of a planned FreightAI platform release in September 2027. Recruiting a Chief Technology Officer is the key remaining leadership gap we're working through.

We remain the number one platform for shippers in New Zealand and number two in Australia, in a market with few established competitors.
