TradeWindow (NZX/ASX: TWL) intends to pursue a primary ASX listing, with no formal application lodged yet and no indication from ASX on approval.

Susan Beling and Brodie Collins join as Australian-resident Independent Non-Executive Directors, effective immediately, satisfying the ASX requirement for two directors ordinarily resident in Australia.

Beling brings over 20 years in logistics and technology-enabled services, including 11 years as CEO of efm Logistics. Collins brings 26 years in shipping and logistics and is Group Chief Strategy Officer at Mondiale VGL.

Andrew Balgarnie steps down from his full-time executive role and joins the Board as an Executive Director from 14 September 2026, bringing capital markets and M&A experience.

All three directors stand for election at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting on 29 September 2026 under the NZX Listing Rules.
